PERFORM HQ 2-DAY EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR FOR COACHES & PERSONAL TRAINERS.

This seminar is looking to comprise the tools, knowledge and thought processes of developing an athlete for their sport.

Getting a look behind the scene of what creates the plans for our PerformSC athletes we coach. We're looking to make these two day very application based, so come ready to get under the bar and on the field.

The content of these days will go as follows;

DAY ONE

1. Integration of anatomy and movement: Gait cycle

2. Movement Prep: Skill, stability, tissue tolerance, potentiation (SSTP)

3. Phase Potentiation: Speed, Power, Strength, Hypertrophy.

4. Plyometrics: Progressing, periodising and picking our plyometrics based on what's presented in front of us. 

All four topics will be put into application with visual demonstrations and participants application.



DAY TWO

*This day will have a on field component along with using our athletes for coaching demonstrations.

1. Sprint Mechanics: Gait cycle link, acceleration, transition, max velocity, deceleration, change of direction & sports integration.

2. Building Technique: Plyometrics, preparation gait drills, gait drills.

3. Energy Systems: Understanding of the individual energy systems and how we create specificity in our program design for them.

4. Conditioning Off-Feet: When and how we build either build the base or top up our energy systems.

5. Conditioning On-Field: Conditioning movement prep, breathing and oxygen delivery. How we build the on-field engine to help express the athlete's skillset. General to specific for athletes periodisation into competition

All five topics will be put into application with visual demonstrations and participants application.
